Disclaimer IMPORTANT PLEASE READ

To order one of my knifes you must be able to provide proof of age. For example a copy of a driving licence or a passport is required.
I do not sell knives to those under 18 years of age.
It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession, and or use, of any knife purchased.
I will be unable to provide refunds in the event that your order is seized by customs or other agencies. Consult your local and state laws before ordering if you are in doubt. This includes and leather goods which may not be allowed to be sent to certain countries.

Deposit
A deposit of £50 is required before any knife build will be undertaken this deposit is none refundable to  cover the initial cost of the build. 

Postage policy
All completed knives will be sent out once the full balance of the order has been paid for. A signature is required upon receipt.
All items can be tracked so if you do not receive your item please contact me so that I may track it.

Returns
If upon receipt your goods are found to be damaged or faulty, you must notify me within 7 days so I can arrange a repair or replacement.
All goods must be returned in an unused and unaltered condition, using an insured and trackable postal service. Please ensure all items are well wrapped and secure.
If goods are damaged or have been used I reserve the right to charge for the repair.

Orders and payments
Upon completion of your order you will be sent an email from me and it is expected that the order will be fully paid within 2 week. After which time if the order has not been paid for it will be posted for sale. 
The right to cancel orders does not apply to goods made to customers own specifications or measurements.

guarantee
My knives and sheaths are guaranteed against faulty workmanship and materials. This guarantee does not cover general wear and tear.
